Learning & EdTech consulting

One team for everything learning.

We design, engineer and measure learning, from a single course to a full EdTech product. Strategy, interactive courses, compliance, apps, AI agents and analytics, all under one roof and one accountable lead.

One team One point of contact No hand-offs
The problem

Most learning projects need three vendors. Yours shouldn't.

A typical learning initiative gets split up. A consultant works out what's needed. An eLearning shop builds the courses. A dev agency builds the app or platform. Every hand-off loses context, adds weeks, and leaves nobody owning the question that matters: did people actually learn?

We cover the whole arc with one team. The people who diagnose the problem are the people who build the solution and check whether it worked.

What we do

Seven things we do, one team doing them

Each one starts with a sentence we hear on first calls.

"We need training on this. Can you build it?"

Learning strategy & design

We check whether training is the answer before anyone builds anything. Needs analysis, audience and task analysis, and a learning architecture your team or ours can build from. Every engagement starts here.

Needs analysisLearning architectureObjectives

"Our courses are slides with a quiz at the end."

Course engineering

Interactive learning that changes how people work: branching scenarios, simulations, and AI roleplay built into Articulate Storyline. Built from storyboard to SCORM by one team.

"Our CPE courses have to pass audit."

Assessment & compliance

Assessments that measure what matters, and regulated courses built to standard. CPE-compliant design, exam and review-question structure, credit calculation and audit-ready documentation.

"We need an app for this."

EdTech product build

Learning apps, assessment engines, diagnostic tools and platform integrations, designed by learning people and built by engineers who have shipped products before. The learning logic comes first, the code second.

Learning appsAssessment enginesLMS integration

"We bought an AI platform. Our content doesn't work with it."

AI in learning

We rebuild old course libraries into skill-tagged modules that AI platforms can actually use, and bring AI into content production and the learning experience. A person reviews everything before it reaches a learner.

"Can an AI act as a realistic practice partner or coach for our learners?"

AI agents in learning

Autonomous, context-bounded agents engineered for learning: conversational roleplay partners (negotiation, customer de-escalation, leadership 1-on-1s) and Socratic tutors grounded strictly in your curriculum. Every agent is built with pedagogical guardrails, evaluation rubrics, and zero-hallucination constraints—designed by learning specialists so they assess and coach rather than just spit answers.

"Is any of this working?"

Learning analytics

Led by people trained in data science. Measurement designed into the project from day one: LMS and xAPI tracking, dashboards, assessment analysis and evidence that goes beyond completion rates.

Working together

Three ways to work with us

Project

One defined piece of work: a course, an app, an audit.

Pilot

A small first piece, so both sides can test the fit before committing to more.

Extended team

We join your team on a monthly basis, work in your tools and turn up to your standups.

The team

A core team, with the right specialists for each project

20+

Years of combined experience in L&D and EdTech

We've been classroom trainers, content writers, instructional designers, engineers and EdTech product people. That mix is why one team can cover the whole arc: we can talk to the business about outcomes, design the learning properly, and still ship the build.

A core team leads every engagement: learning design, course engineering and product engineering. For larger or specialised work, we bring in vetted specialists, such as subject experts, multilingual writers, designers and developers, so the team fits the project rather than the other way round.

We were putting AI to work in learning content and assessment early, well before it became a standard question in every L&D review. When we scope AI work, it comes from having done it, including the parts that didn't work.

Every project has one lead who scopes it, reviews everything that ships, and answers your messages.

How it runs

Same four steps, every time

01

A first call

Thirty minutes on the problem behind the request.

02

A written brief

Scope, assumptions and how we'll measure success, agreed before any build.

03

Milestones

Work arrives in pieces you can review, with a clear point to change direction.

04

Straight answers

If what you've asked for won't fix the problem, you hear it at the start.

Get in touch

Tell us what you're working on.

A couple of lines is enough. We reply within one working day with how we'd approach it.
